Stefan Keller from Bavaria
Over 20 years of experience building digital systems, platforms, and processes. MVPs happen in days here, not weeks.
Building and operating systems
I build digital systems and work where processes, data, technology, and operations converge. My focus is on not just designing projects, but independently bringing them into production.

Stefan Keller
I'm Stefan Keller, born in 1984, grew up on the Baltic Sea coast and now live in Bavaria.
I started building my own digital projects early on and taught myself everything from design and web development to complex systems and platforms.
I'm neither a pure developer nor a pure strategist. I work where processes, data, technology, and operations come together.
Beyond my day job, I build my own products - including 12db.de, a learning platform for the amateur radio exam. I'm also a licensed ham radio operator (Class A, callsign DL1AO).
In short: I don't just plan. I build - and I make it run.
How I work
Broad foundation, clear focus
I come from design, web, content, and marketing. Today my focus is on digital systems, code, automation, and operations. The rest isn't a grab bag - it's a solid foundation.
Ownership over handoffs
I don't think in responsibilities, I think in outcomes. What gets built needs to work in the end - not just look good or sound logical.

What do we gain if it actually works?
"That's not possible" is often just the most convenient answer. I'm always interested in what we gain if it actually works.
I'm not someone who quickly checks things off. When something grabs me, I don't let go until I have a solution.
That's not a method - it's my DNA. I keep thinking about something until it works - whether it's a system, a business model, or something entirely mundane.
I'm self-taught. I dig in. I build it. I test it. And I don't stop until it runs.
I don't start with technology, but with the system: Does this project even make sense? If yes, I'll find a way. If not, we drop it.
Not from code to marketing. From marketing to code.
My starting point wasn't technology for its own sake, but digital demand. In 2004, I built my first company in SEO. After that came performance-driven digital marketing models, then operational marketing responsibility across multiple locations.
Since 2019, I've been Head of Marketing at equal personal. I'm responsible for building and operating digital systems for marketing and recruiting - from campaign logic and applicant acquisition to tracking, reporting, and process automation.
The path to building my own systems came from practice. When existing tools don't properly map real processes, steering alone isn't enough anymore. Then you have to build it yourself.
My systems don't come from a fascination with technology, but from market understanding, operational reality, and the expectation that they work measurably.
